As a manager, I’ve worked with Pam on both the business side of the interaction– as well as a policyholder. When Pam comes in to meet with our staff she doesn’t disrupt our day – she takes care of everything with very minimal impact on our day-to-day. Pam is client focused and she’s really helped our team members when they’ve had questions or claims.

When Aflac first approached me to add their voluntary programs, we already had another voluntary provider in place.  At that time, we were looking at additional options that could provide value to our employees.  In 2013, we decided to make a transition from our previous carrier to Aflac.  We’ve been working closely with our agent, Pamela Gracey, who was able to help make the transition seamless.

The time we set aside for Pamela to educate our employees during the implementation process and ongoing service pales in comparison to the value we have added to our benefit program for our employees and their families.  Pamela works closely with our management team at each location; however, she is able to handle the enrollment without having to pull the managers out to assist during the enrollment process.  Pamela is very self-sufficient, and handles herself in a professional manner at all of our locations.

In my opinion, any business that passes up the opportunity to take advantage of Aflac’s cost free retention strategy/ benefit enhancement is missing out.  It is truly a win-win for all involved.

Pamela is always knowledgeable and has always answered all my questions without delay. Aflac and Pamela Gracey have kept myself and my family in good standing when accidents arise, helping ease the financial burdens that come about when you are out of work due to an accident. I can not say enough good things about this company. I tore my rotator cuff and needing surgery, without delay, Pam went to work for me in helping with the claims process, making sure there was no delay in payment seeing as I was out of work.
